Pitch original, well-researched guides to the PulseAll team
PulseAll is built on original, carefully researched guides, and the writers who create them are the heart of what we do. We are always interested in meeting contributors who can explain a complex everyday decision clearly, honestly, and from a place of genuine knowledge. If that sounds like you, this page explains what we publish, what we look for, and how to pitch a guide that has a real chance of being accepted.
We work with writers who know their subject and respect the reader. That usually means one of two things, and ideally both: firsthand experience with the topic, and the research discipline to back up claims with reliable sources. A finance writer who has actually navigated a credit dispute, a technology writer who has set up the hardware they are reviewing, a health writer who reads primary studies rather than press releases, these are the kinds of contributors who thrive at PulseAll.
You do not need a large portfolio or a well-known byline. You do need to write clearly, cite honestly, and care about being right. We value a thoughtful newcomer with real expertise over a prolific writer who produces generic filler.
We publish across seven categories, each focused on helping readers in the United States make everyday decisions:
The strongest pitches identify a specific decision a reader faces and a clear answer you are equipped to provide, rather than a broad topic already covered well elsewhere.
Every guide we publish must meet the standards in our Editorial Policy. In practice, that means:
To save everyone time, here is what will not get published. We do not accept thinly veiled advertisements, guest posts written solely to place a backlink, previously published or syndicated content, or pieces produced without meaningful research. We do not publish content that promotes unverified health or financial claims. And we do not run pitches that ignore the guidelines on this page. If your primary goal is a link rather than a genuinely useful guide, PulseAll is not the right fit, and our Advertise page is a better place to start.
Send your pitch to editor@pulseall.com with “Write For Us” in the subject line. A strong pitch is short and specific, and includes:
Please pitch the idea before writing the full draft. This lets us confirm the topic fits, suggest a sharper angle, and avoid duplicating something already in progress. We would rather shape a great guide together than receive a finished piece that misses our needs.
We read every pitch, though the volume we receive means we cannot always reply to those that clearly do not fit. If your idea is a match, we will respond with next steps, which may include refining the angle, agreeing on scope, and setting a timeline. Accepted drafts go through the same editorial review as our staff work, so expect thoughtful feedback and at least one round of revisions. Editing is collaborative; our aim is to make your guide as clear and accurate as it can be, with your voice intact.
Published contributors receive a byline and, where appropriate, a short author note that helps readers understand your relevant background. Terms of publication, including any compensation and rights, are agreed in writing before work begins and vary by assignment. Once published, editorial decisions about updates, corrections, and placement rest with PulseAll so that we can maintain the standards our readers rely on. You will always be credited for your original work.
If you are excited to help readers make better everyday decisions and you are willing to hold yourself to a high standard, we would love to hear from you. Review our Editorial Policy so you know the bar, then send your pitch to editor@pulseall.com. For anything else, our Contact page points you to the right inbox. We look forward to reading your ideas.
