How to report infringement and submit a counter-notice · Last updated July 2026
PulseAll respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same respect for our own original work. This page explains how we handle copyright complaints under the framework of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material on pulseall.com infringes a copyright you own or control, this page tells you how to notify us and what a valid notice must contain. It also explains how a party can respond if their material was removed by mistake.
Original content is the foundation of PulseAll. We write our own guides, and we take pride in producing work that is genuinely ours. Because we value original work, we take infringement seriously in both directions. We do not knowingly publish material that infringes someone else’s rights, and when we are properly notified of a valid claim, we act promptly. We also protect our own content and will pursue remedies against sites or individuals that copy it without permission.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement on our site, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include substantially the following information:
Send your complete notice by email to legal@pulseall.com, or reach out first through our Contact page if you have questions about the process. Please put “DMCA Notice” in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
When we receive a notice that appears to satisfy the requirements above, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice. We may also notify the person or party responsible for posting the material, if applicable, and take reasonable steps to inform them that we have removed or disabled access to it. We aim to respond to valid notices promptly. Incomplete notices may delay our response, since we may need to ask you for missing information before we can act.
If you believe that material of yours was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:
Send counter-notices to legal@pulseall.com with “DMCA Counter-Notice” in the subject line. After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complaining party. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a legal action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
The DMCA process exists to protect legitimate copyright interests, not to silence lawful content. Please be aware that under United States law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We ask that you submit notices and counter-notices in good faith and only where you have a genuine basis for your claim. We may decline to act on notices that are clearly improper, incomplete, or submitted in bad faith.
Consistent with the DMCA, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, restrict or terminate access for parties who are found to be repeat infringers. We take a consistent approach to repeat violations, because respecting copyright is part of maintaining a trustworthy publication.
Some content on PulseAll is contributed by writers under arrangements described on our Write For Us page, and our use of content is governed by our Terms and Conditions. If you are a contributor with a question about rights in your work, please contact us directly rather than filing a formal notice, and we will be glad to help resolve it.
If you find PulseAll content republished elsewhere without permission, we appreciate a heads-up. While we handle enforcement ourselves, reports from readers help us spot infringement quickly. You can let us know through our Contact page. Our original guides are protected by copyright, and reuse requires our written consent.
For all copyright matters, email legal@pulseall.com. This page describes our process for handling copyright complaints and is provided as general information. It is not legal advice, and it is not a complete statement of your rights or obligations under copyright law.
