2. Counter-Notification

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your address is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

3. Repeat Infringers

PulseAll.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

4. Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Similarly, submitting a false counter-notification may also result in legal consequences. Please ensure that your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
